At Sharp Signs, our inhouse manufacturing includes: steel and aluminium manufacture, cutting and grooving of all of our substrates, acrylic fabrication and folding, LED illumination installation, graphics production and application, assembly and kit setting through to crating and freighting. We print all our own digiprint, vinyl and graphics inhouse with access to printing on pretty much any substrate you care to mention.
Our 11,000 sq ft factory provides ample laydown area for assembly, a large yard area for storage of finished or reclaimed goods and dedicated vinyl application, graphics weeding and car graphics area. Our external suppliers handle 3D routering, vacuum forming and molding, paint and powder coating.
We are often de-imaging sites either prior to rebrand or as part of site closures. In this instance our clients need to know that we will dispose of unwanted brands in a responsible and sustainable manner and to ensure old brand collateral does not end up in unwanted places. We have long established key supplier relationships with Computaleta, PSP, Ulrich Aluminium, Total Supply and a number of other companies essential to the continuous supply of manufacturing materials, backup and warranty. In addition, we are an accredited 3M Select Gold provider for the range of 3M films and vinyls.
