Steel & Tube is a well-established business operating across New Zealand, with a strong presence close to our East Tamaki branch. Our relationship began with vehicle branding and has grown into an ongoing signage partnership supporting their fleet and wider brand network.
Fleet branding across every vehicle type
We manage branding across a diverse fleet – from cars and utes through to vans, trucks, trailers and articulated units. Each vehicle presents its own challenges, from standard replacements on damaged doors through to full trailer applications on 18-wheelers and large truck units.
Applications include precision cut vinyl graphics and partial wraps using high-performance vinyls designed for durability and long-term outdoor exposure. Some vehicles are completed within a day, while larger truck and trailer units may require several days to ensure alignment, finish and consistency.
Vehicles are typically brought to our East Tamaki facility, though we also carry out installations on site when required to minimise downtime.
Maintaining brand consistency
Steel & Tube operates multiple divisions, including Fortress and Perry Metal Protection. We have delivered large-format building signage using ACM panels with applied vinyl graphics to support these brands, ensuring consistency across both fleet and site branding.
Colour accuracy and material selection are critical. With strict brand specifications in place, we ensure every vehicle – regardless of size or location – aligns with the broader fleet appearance. Consistency across different makes, models and surfaces is key to maintaining a strong, professional presence on the road.
Ongoing support & repairs
Beyond new branding, we also support Steel & Tube with replacement signage, repairs following vehicle damage, and coordination with their wider supplier network. No job is too large or too minor – from replacing a single panel to completing full truck and trailer units. Our partnership continues to grow, built on reliability, budget alignment and the ability to adapt to the wide range of vehicles and branding requirements within their fleet.
