The Building Agency hired Sharp Signs to design office signage in Wairau Valley.

Initially, the lower floor of the building was empty, but after approval of the first design, a tenant moved in with prominent signage. Sharp Signs adapted by integrating the strong lines of the other tenant's signage into their design, enhancing the building's overall appearance and complimenting both tenants brands. 

Utilising The Building Agency's own product, Innowood coupled with router cut logo, gave the office a high-end look.
